My fitness plans focus on getting you stronger, safely over time, using basic strength exercises that can be increased as you develop more skill, muscle and strength. They are not complex in nature, rather they are designed to be effective while remaining easy to implement, with the purpose of producing results and enhancing your daily activities.

I created this program to solve a problem I saw occurring after working with thousands of clients over the past several years. Often, a client will eventually have some sort of life change that forces them to part with their coach. Whether it be financial, scheduling, job or location change, family demands, etc. The majority of the time the client completely falls off the bandwagon, so to speak, either from a lack of accountability and structure or a complete lack of knowledge and overall confidence, on how to continue training themselves in a gym environment.

This hybrid program is the perfect combination of having the connection and accountability of an in-person coach but also allowing and creating the independence, confidence, and flexibility of coaching yourself.

My goal with each client that trains with me in person is to not only deliver top-notch training programs and sessions, but as part of the process, teach them how to train themselves. This includes showing up and being accountable to themselves, setting up and using all types of gym equipment, becoming proficient at navigating and executing their online training program, using the app with confidence, and feeling comfortable in the gym environment.

This program is best for:

You have some past experience strength training, but could definitely still use some instruction and guidance lifting weights with the proper form and intensity. You have been working out for some time but aren’t seeing any improvement in strength or body composition. You have a specific training day or body part (legs for example) that you want to see improvement in but need the push of a trainer to up the intensity. You can be accountable to yourself, are confident completing 2-4 workouts per week through my app and implementing a good portion of your program on your own. You desire more flexibility as to when you schedule your workouts but can allocate time to meet with me 1x per week.

This is a completely online service.

Personalized workouts and fitness plans are custom designed and built for the client. They are delivered through my app with detailed instructions and video demonstration.

Online fitness coaching allows more flexibility with scheduling workouts, and saves you money at a lower price point while still providing a structured workout plan with the accountability of having a coach.

What this plan includes:

You have an intermediate to advanced level of strength training experience. You are very comfortable and confident in a gym environment and with setting up equipment. You have been working out for some time but haven’t seen much improvement in strength, muscle size or fat loss lately. You feel like you don’t have a plan or structure when you’re in the gym lifting and desire a custom plan to follow systematically that will get you moving forward progressively and safely toward your goals.

Online Nutrition Coaching

This is a completely online service.

All information, instruction, set-up and directions are delivered through email, zoom or phone calls and messaging and then performed by the client.

My nutrition coaching program will deliver so much more value when compared to being handed over a meal plan as it TEACHES the individual how to manage their diet sustainably for the future.

This service is offered out of Gold's Gym.

This plan focuses on 1-1 personal training sessions in the gym. Sessions are designed and tailored to the clients goals and experience level.

What this plan includes:

  • 50-60 minute private personal training sessions
  • 2x per week (8) per month or 3x per week (12) per month options to choose from

You have never strength trained or it has been quite some time since you have done any exercise, have little to no experience with lifting weights or setting up equipment in a gym environment. If you are just getting back into the swing of a new healthy lifestyle and fitness program but lack confidence and doubt your own accountability to stick to new habits.

Your schedule and proximity allow you to meet 2-3 times per week at my training facility. And lastly, you are desperate to lose fat and get stronger but aren’t sure how to go about it safely, without injury.

This 30 day program is designed to educate and provide information and strategies that include the healthiest approach for better success with fat loss and maintaining a healthy body weight. This free trial program is designed to introduce you to training and being coached in an online format. It's a great way to try before you fully commit, and get a feel and understanding of all the benefits to training this way. Keep in mind this is not a custom program. Should you decide to work with me, a plan specific to your goals will be built based on our consultation, what type of equipment you have access to, and any training limitations. The workouts in this trial will require a gym and its equipment.
